• Location: Across Bedford postcodes, specifically focusing on MK42 and MK44.
• Variety: A wide range of provisions including Primary, Secondary, SEN, and SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) settings.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting students in their learning activities and personal development.
• Promoting pupils' social and emotional well-being.
• Helping maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
• Collaborating with classroom teachers to enhance learning experiences.
• Assisting with the implementation of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience supporting children or adults, whether in an educational setting or a care-based environment.
• Familiarity with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and/or managing challenging behaviour.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility, resilience, and a positive attitude.
