As an SEN & PRU Teacher, you will:
Deliver Tailored Lessons: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across subjects including Mathematics, English, Science, Humanities, Languages, and more.
Support Individual Needs: Adapt teaching methods and strategies to meet diverse academic, social, and behavioural needs.
Promote Positive Behaviour: Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a respectful and supportive environment.
Monitor Progress: Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and personalised support.
Collaborate with Staff: Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and senior leaders to implement targeted support strategies.
