What We're Looking For: We seek enthusiastic, nurturing, and sociable individuals dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of children with special needs. While experience as a Teaching Assistant (TA) or Learning Support Assistant (LSA) is preferred, we are eager to speak with those who have experience in sports coaching, care, support work, youth clubs, or any role where helping others has been a key focus.

Day-to-Day Duties Include:

• Providing tailored one-on-one or group support to students with a range of special educational needs.
• Assisting with classroom activities and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Supporting students in developing essential life skills, social skills, and building self-confidence.
• Aiding the class teacher with behaviour management and implementing individualized learning strategies.
• Encouraging independence and assisting with personal care when required.
• Effectively communicating with teachers, parents, and other professionals involved in the students' care.
• Keeping detailed records of student progress and assisting in the development of individualized education plans (IEPs).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
