Salary: £31,650 - £43,607 (MPS) + SEN Allowance (£2,679)

As a SEN Class Teacher, you will deliver high-quality, personalised learning that supports pupils' academic progress, independence, and wellbeing within a nurturing and well-resourced environment.

The Ideal SEN Class Teacher Will:

  • Be passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes for children and young people with SEND
  • Demonstrate commitment, enthusiasm, and a reflective approach to teaching
  • Have strong communication and organisational skills
  • Be able to commute to Kempston
  • Create learning experiences that are fun, engaging, relevant, and functional
  • Deliver personalised, sequential learning to ensure good or better progress for all pupils
