We are working with a welcoming and inclusive school in North Manchester that supports pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), many of whom experience behavioural and emotional challenges. The school is passionate about creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where every student has the opportunity to succeed.
We are seeking a dedicated and resilient SEN Behaviour Support Assistant to join their team.
In this role, you will support students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them manage behaviour, engage with learning, and develop positive coping strategies.
This is a highly rewarding position suited to someone who is patient, proactive, and committed to supporting young people who may need additional guidance to reach their full potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
