We are looking for resilient, creative and dedicated teachers who can:

  • Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to students with a range of SEN/SEMH needs

  • Build strong, trusting relationships

  • Use trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches

  • Work collaboratively with our pastoral and behaviour support teams

  • Maintain a safe, structured and positive classroom environment

  • Plan, assess and adapt learning to support progress

Essential:
✔ QTS / QTLS
✔ Experience working with SEN/SEMH pupils
✔ Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills


We are seeking enthusiastic, caring and flexible TAs to support learners across our setting. You will:

  • Work 1:1 or in small groups

  • Support pupils emotionally and academically

  • Help implement personalised learning plans and EHCP targets

  • Use positive behaviour support strategies

  • Work closely with teachers, therapists and external professionals

Desirable:
✔ Experience supporting SEN/SEMH pupils
✔ Understanding of trauma-informed practice
✔ Calm, patient and empathetic approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
