SEMH Class Teacher

Teaching Personnel are looking to appoint an SEN Class Teacher to support an SEMH school in Harrogate (HG3).

The successful candidate will:

• Prepare, plan and deliver lessons to pupils with complex needs
• Have knowledge of the national curriculum and able to adapt this according to needs
• Promote a positive learning environment to ensure success of pupils
• Managing class behaviour
• Liaising with colleagues and parents

Requirements:

• Eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
• Have an overseas criminal clearance or willing to apply for one
• Have a child enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply for one
• Previous or relevant experience working with SEND children
• Minimum of three months UK residency
• We do not accept those on skilled worker visas
• Hold a QTS

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
