Secondary Supply Teachers

Location: Crawley & Surrounding Areas
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Your Choice
Salary: Paid to scale (M1–UPS3) or £130–£150 per day
Hours: School hours (usually 08:30–15:30)

• Deliver engaging lessons across KS3–KS4 (and KS5 if desired)
• Maintain a calm, positive learning environment
• Adapt quickly to different subjects, timetables, and schools
• Support student behaviour and progress
• Follow school policies and work effectively with departmental staff

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching KS3/KS4 (any subject specialism welcome)
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Adaptable, reliable, and confident working in new settings
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Ability to deliver pre-set work and occasionally plan your own lessons
