Secondary Supply Teacher

Location: Horsham & Surrounding Areas Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days Salary: Paid to scale (M1–UPS3) or £130–£150 per day Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)

• Delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 (and KS5 where applicable)

• Creating positive, inclusive, and well‑managed learning environments

• Adapting quickly to different schools, subjects, and timetable needs

• Supporting pupil progress and maintaining strong behaviour standards

• Working collaboratively with school staff and following school policies

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience teaching in secondary settings

• Strong classroom management and confident subject knowledge

• Adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic approach

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

• Ability to plan, deliver, and assess lessons independently when required
