The ideal Secondary Supply Teacher will:

• Deliver high-quality teaching across KS3–KS5 in line with school policies
• Be adaptable, reliable, and confident across a range of subjects
• Foster positive relationships with students and staff
• Manage behaviour effectively in line with school expectations
• Mark and plan where needed for longer placements

Secondary Supply Teacher requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised in the UK
• Recent experience teaching in UK secondary schools
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
• Ability to travel to schools in Rochester and surrounding areas
