Salary: £85 - £95 Per day

  • Provide support to teachers and students in a secondary school setting
  • Assist with classroom activities and help maintain a positive learning environment
  • Supervise students during break times and ensure their safety
  • Help with administrative tasks such as record-keeping and preparing materials
  • Support students with special needs and provide individualised assistance as required
  • GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths
  • Experience working with children or young people
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

A minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths

Prior experience working with children or young people is preferred

  • Understanding of basic educational principles and practises
  • Ability to engage and motivate students
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Additional certifications in education or childcare
  • First aid training

This role requires working full-time hours in a secondary school environment. The work may involve standing for extended periods and occasional lifting or carrying of materials. The successful candidate will need to undergo a DBS background check.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
