Are you a graduate looking to train as a secondary school teacher? Our Future Teachers Programme offers a salaried pathway into teaching, giving you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience before progressing onto a fully funded teacher training course through our partner trust. 

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about education who want to train on the job, earning while they learn and working towards a PGCE with QTS in their subject specialism.

• Year 1: Work as a Cover Supervisor, developing classroom confidence and gaining essential experience.
• Year 2: Progress onto a salaried teacher training contract with a school, earning up to £24,224 while completing your PGCE.
• Receive support and training throughout your journey to becoming a qualified teacher.
