Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Support the school's day-to-day safeguarding and child protection procedures

  * Support attendance, welfare, and pastoral interventions where required
  * Ensure safeguarding systems and documentation remain fully up to date
  * Provide first aid support when required

Person Specification

• Previous experience in a Safeguarding Officer, Pastoral, or Welfare role
  * Strong understanding of school safeguarding procedures
  * Excellent IT knowledge and confidence using digital safeguarding systems
  * Valid First Aid certificate essential
  * Strong organisational and communication skills
  * Professional, discreet, and calm under pressure
  * Commitment to student welfare and safeguarding best practice
