Rikama Education Ltd. are excited to be working with a behavioural school in the the Gravesend area who are looking to recruit a passionate and enthusiastic Receptionist. The school supports students from KS3 - KS4 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. You will be joining a close-knit team who support their staff as much as their students, making for a great working and learning environment.

To be considered for these roles it is essential that you have the following experience:

• Front of House/Receptionist/School Office and Admin Experience
• An understanding and ability to build trust and empathize with students that have had challenging backgrounds.
• Experience supporting students within SEN school's or candidates with a mental health support/young offender's background would be strong candidates.
• Being of a resilient and firm nature when necessary.
