Job Title: Early Years/ Reception Teacher

Location: Shaftesbury

Working: Full Time

Salary: £500 - £700 per week

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience within a primary setting, preferably Early Years
• Show good knowledge about the EYFS
• A passion to deliver creating and engaging activities
• Strong classroom management skills – time management.
• Committed to creating a nurturing and thriving environment, ensuring this is inclusive and diverse.
• Be able to plan effectively and ensure all abilities and needs are considered

Other Skills:

• Fast thinking and the ability to work in a fast pace changing environment.
• Support other staff within the classroom, ensure everyone is striving for the interest of the children.
• Delegate responsibilities.
• Confidently communicate with pupils, staff and parents on a daily basis to ensure transparency both in and out the classroom.
