Pay: £90 - £135 per day

Full-time: Monday - Friday

A fantastic opportunity has arisen in a 'Good' Primary School based in Clitheroe for an EYFS Specialist Teacher. Teaching Personnel are working closely with the Senior Leadership Team who are hoping to shortlist and appoint before October half-term. The post is initially for half-term on a supply contract, covering a temporary gap in staffing. The role does have a very good chance to become permanent.   

The school in Clitheroe is a good performing school within the area in terms of attainment in KS2 despite the pupils joining the school are below expected levels. Good progress is made by the pupils throughout EYFS, KS1 and KS2. Behaviour across the school can be challenging but is no different to any other primary schools. The Headteacher leads the school well and the SLT and teaching staff have high standards across the board.

The incoming candidate will be joining a successful team of EYFS practitioners. You must be a well organised, efficient and reflective practitioner with high expectations of child development, learning and behaviour. You must also be able to plan and deliver a creative curriculum, create a purposeful and stimulating learning environment and form good relationships with children, parents/carers and staff. The pay will range from £100 - £135 per day depending on experience. This is a great opportunity to secure a role in an positive and thriving school. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
