Teaching Personnel is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistants to join our team and work in a variety of welcoming primary schools across the Exeter area.


As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting children's learning and development within the classroom. Working closely with teachers and school staff, you'll help create an engaging and inclusive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting pupils in small groups or on a one-to-one basis

  • Assisting the class teacher in preparing learning materials and activities

  • Promoting positive behaviour and supporting social/emotional wellbeing

  • Helping to assess pupil progress and contribute to learning plans

This is a full-time, temporary position - ideal for those looking to gain valuable classroom experience or build a long-term career in education.
