Teaching Personnel is seeking an experienced Primary Teacher to join a specialist education setting dedicated to supporting children with a range of special educational needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an inspiring teacher who believes that every child deserves an education tailored to their individual strengths and needs.
This full-time position is available from September 2026, with the opportunity for the successful candidate to begin earlier.
As a Primary Teacher, you will deliver engaging, creative and personalised lessons that encourage pupils to develop confidence, resilience and independence.
You will create an inclusive classroom where children feel secure, respected and motivated to learn while adapting teaching approaches to meet a wide range of learning abilities.
Working collaboratively with support staff, therapists and families, you will help develop individual learning programmes, monitor progress and celebrate every achievement, no matter how small.
Your ability to establish positive routines and provide consistent encouragement will play a key role in helping pupils flourish both academically and personally.
