Primary Teacher Suitable to NQT

Primary Teacher - Mixed Year 1 and Year 2 - Stafford - Maternity Cover Contract

We are looking for a hard working and committed teacher who will excel in teaching our mixed Year 1 and Year 2 class located in Stafford.

This opportunity is fabulous for a passionate teacher who will be available from Easter half term onwards to cover a full-time maternity cover post. The job opportunity will provide the successful candidate with the fabulous opportunity to become a part of the growth of a supportive and warm school environment.

The role includes:

• Working for a reputable education agency - Academics Ltd.
• Full class primary teacher responsibilities.
• Helping to manage classroom behaviour effectively and quickly.
• Planning, teaching and assessing in line with the National Curriculum.
• Work collaboratively with staff and parents.
• Taking on a maternity cover as a primary teacher for a mixed Year 1 and Year 2 class.

We are looking for someone who:

• Qualified Teaching Status (QTS). This role is open to ECT's.
• Knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Enhanced DBS
• Provide 2 teaching references
• Available to start ASAP
• Able to commute to Stafford daily.
• Confident to take on planning responsibilities as a primary teacher.
• Fully registered to work with Academics.

Pay: £140 - £159 a day (dependent upon experience). Holiday pay is included on day rate.
