Teach a KS1 class with creativity, structure, and care
Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to all learning needs
Support pupils in developing essential literacy, numeracy, and social skills
Foster a calm and encouraging classroom environment
Monitor and assess pupil progress, using data to inform instruction
Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families
Contribute to the wider school community through enrichment and team activities
A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Experience teaching KS1, or relevant placement experience for ECTs
Someone warm, reflective, and passionate about early years education
Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
Confident in classroom management with excellent communication skills
