About the Primary Teacher role:

• Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging and lessons tailored to the needs of Year 3 pupils
• Creating a positive and stimulating classroom environment that supports student growth and learning
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching practices
• Ensuring the wellbeing and academic progress of all students in your class
• Participating in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities

Primary Teacher Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with experience in Year 3 (though not essential)
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential
• Commitment to continuous professional development
