Supply Primary Teacher with QTS (Long Term)
Location: Wandsworth | SW18
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching to primary school students across various year groups. -
- Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Support and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment for all students.
- Utilize effective behavior management strategies to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with other teachers, SENCO, and support staff to enhance student learning.
- Monitor and report on student progress to parents and school leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- Strong understanding and experience in supporting students with SEN.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
Desirable:
- Additional qualifications or training in SEN.
- Experience with specific SEN programs or interventions.
