Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 in line with the school's curriculum and lesson plans.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment where every child feels supported and encouraged to succeed.
  • Adapt quickly to different classrooms, teaching styles, and school environments while maintaining high standards of learning and behaviour.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and productive learning atmosphere.
  • Assess pupils' understanding throughout lessons and provide clear feedback where required.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents, contributing to the wider school community.
  • Uphold safeguarding procedures and follow all school policies and expectations.
