Salary: £120 - £145 per day

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

About the Role:

As our network of partner schools expands, we are urgently seeking talented primary specialists to provide flexible, short-term supply cover, typically for 3–5 days per week. Most bookings are pre-arranged; however, there may be occasional standby requirements for same-day bookings between 7–9am. You will follow each school's policies, mark pupils’ work, and provide thorough handover notes for the Class Teacher.

  • Team Collaboration: Effectively manage Teaching Assistants to support classroom learning.
  • Assessment for Progress: Use assessment strategies to monitor student progress and inform future teaching.
  • Community Involvement: Engage with the school community, promoting its ethos and building strong relationships with students, staff, and families. Take part in school events and extracurricular activities.
  • Safeguarding Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of safeguarding practices to ensure a safe learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic about education and teaching
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS); Early Careers Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply
