About the Role
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Primary Classroom Teacher to join their dedicated teaching team at a well-regarded primary school in Hemel Hempstead. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons across the curriculum, fostering a love for learning and supporting students in their academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports all students
  • Foster a love of learning and encourage students to reach their full potential
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to teaching
  • Contribute to the development of the school’s extracurricular activities and wider community
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child’s progress

About You

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • A degree in Primary Education or a related field
  • Proven experience teaching in a primary setting
  • A passion for nurturing young minds and supporting their development
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and student success
