Are you a passionate and adaptable primary teacher looking for a fresh and rewarding opportunity this September?

Teaching Personnel is currently working closely with a friendly and inclusive primary school in the heart of Fleetwood, who are seeking a dedicated PPA (Planning, Preparation and Assessment) Teacher to join their team full-time from September 2025.

As a PPA teacher, you'll enjoy a varied and fulfilling role, delivering lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 to provide cover for class teachers during their PPA time. No planning will be required for the majority of lessons, allowing you to focus on high-quality delivery and building strong relationships with pupils across the school.

• A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

• Confidence teaching across multiple key stages

• Strong behaviour management and classroom presence

• Flexibility, resilience, and a proactive attitude

• Experience in primary education - both NQTs/ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome

• A welcoming and supportive team environment

• Well-behaved and enthusiastic pupils

• A modern, well-resourced setting for teaching and learning

• Ongoing support from senior leadership and fellow staff

• Potential for a long-term or permanent role for the right candidate

• Competitive daily rates of pay (£120 - £150 per day, depending on experience)
