- Deliver engaging, inclusive PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Plan and differentiate lessons to accommodate diverse abilities and foster active participation.
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude towards physical activity.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing clear, constructive feedback.
- Lead and contribute to extracurricular sports clubs, fixtures, and school competitions.
- Champion health, fitness, and wellbeing within the school community.
- Participate actively in departmental planning and whole-school initiatives.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent experience teaching PE at secondary level.
- Strong subject knowledge across a variety of sports and physical activities.
- Ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities and backgrounds.
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Effective organisational and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for sport, fitness, and student development.
- Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
