About the Role:
This role is ideal for a teacher who is passionate about early learning and child development, with a strong understanding of the EYFS and/or Key Stage 1 curriculum. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a love of learning through engaging, creative, and child-centred teaching.

Person Specification:
- Holds QTS, with ECTs warmly encouraged to apply
- Passionate about Early Years and/or KS1 education
- Demonstrates excellent classroom practice and strong behaviour management
- Strong understanding of the EYFS and/or KS1 curriculum
- Creative, engaging, and able to deliver inspiring lessons
- Committed to supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of every child
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Dedicated to ongoing professional development and collaborative working
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to meet the needs of all learners
- Create a safe, stimulating, and positive classroom environment
- Support pupils’ academic, emotional, and social development
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress effectively
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and senior leaders
- Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
- Contribute to whole-school initiatives and the wider school community
- Promote a love of learning and encourage pupil confidence and independence
