Teaching Personnel are currently on the hunt for a Nursery Teaching Assistant to work in Cardiff on a longer-term basis until the end of the Academic year!
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic Nursery Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive early years team.
About the Role:
As a Nursery Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young children can learn and develop through play.
Key Responsibilities:
Support children with learning activities, play, and daily routines
Assist in creating a warm, safe, and engaging nursery environment
Encourage children’s social, emotional, and educational development
Work closely with the nursery team and communicate effectively with parents/carers
Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times
Key Skills
Is patient, reliable, and caring
Works well as part of a team
Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is desirable (but not essential)
Relevant childcare qualification is an advantage

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
