Salary: £41,333 - £49,084 Per annum

  • Plan and deliver engaging music lessons to students
  • Develop and implement curriculum for music education
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Organise and conduct music performances and recitals
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Bachelor's degree in Music Education or related field
  • Knowledge of music theory, history, and performance techniques
  • Experience working with students of various ages and abilities

Bachelor's degree in Music Education or related field

Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in music education

  • Strong understanding of music theory and history
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Postgraduate qualification in Music Education
  • Experience in leading music ensembles or choirs
  • Work hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
  • Temporary position with the possibility of extension
  • Classroom and rehearsal space provided
  • Collaborative and supportive work environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
