Join the modern foreign languages department of a small secondary school in Salford.

  • Full-time MFL teacher.
  • Required from January 2022 on an ongoing basis.
  • Teaching pupils across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
  • Paid to teaching scale point (£25,714 – £41,604).

Due to staffing gap within the department, our client secondary school are looking for a Modern Foreign Languages teacher to start following the Easter break. This position is guaranteed until the end of the academic year and is likely to continue into the autumn term 2020.

The incoming MFL teacher will be expected to take on full planning and marking responsibilities alongside teaching a full timetable across Key Stage 3 and GCSE. The successful candidate will need to have a specialism in French or Spanish and will need to be comfortable in delivering both up to GCSE level. Both experienced and newly qualified MFL teachers are being considered for this role and are urged to apply as soon as possible.

Our client school is based near Salford and can be accessed via the M61 and A58 from the surrounding areas such as Leigh, Bolton and central Manchester. For non-drivers, there are several public transportation links from neighbouring areas such as Swinton and Worsley.
