Join the modern foreign languages department of a small secondary school in Bury.
The school has around 600 pupils on roll including a small percentage of pupils with SEN and additional learning needs. The school has modern facilities including interactive whiteboards in most classrooms and several computer suites available to pupils and staff.
The incoming MFL teacher will be expected to take on full planning and marking responsibilities alongside teaching a full timetable across Key Stage 3 and GCSE. The successful candidate will need to have a specialism in Spanish and will need to be comfortable in delivering Spanish lessons up to GCSE level. Both experienced and newly qualified MFL teachers are being considered for this role and are urged to apply as soon as possible.
The school is based within Bury and is easily accessible via the M66 and A56 from the surrounding areas of Greater Manchester including Bolton, Prestwich and central Manchester. For applicants without their own transport, the school can also be accessed via several forms of public transport from neighbouring areas of Bury.
