About the Role:

  • Position: Maths Teacher in a Secondary School

  • Contract: Full-Time / Permanent
  • Salary: Competitive, based on experience

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Delivering engaging and interactive maths lessons to students aged 11-16, making algebra, geometry, and calculus come to life!
  • Helping students develop their problem-solving skills and build confidence in their mathematical abilities.
  • Preparing students for exams, ensuring they have a solid grasp of key concepts while inspiring a love for mathematics.
  • Adapting your teaching style to meet the needs of different learners and making sure every student feels supported and challenged.
  • Creating a positive and encouraging classroom atmosphere where students are excited to learn and aren't afraid to tackle even the trickiest of problems.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for a Maths Teacher who has a passion for numbers and a talent for making complex concepts accessible and fun. You will need:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
  • Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • A desire to make maths exciting, relevant, and something students look forward to learning.
  • Commitment to student progress, with an ability to plan and deliver lessons that cater to a variety of learning styles and abilities.
