Teaching Personnel is working closely with a range of friendly, supportive nurseries and primary schools across Cambridge and Ely, and we're looking for passionate Early Years professionals to join our team.

• Supporting engaging, creative activities in line with the EYFS framework

• Providing high-quality care and tailored support to children aged 0-11

• Building warm, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues

• Observing, tracking, and supporting children's development and milestones

• Creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment

• A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)

• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting

• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach

• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply - we'll support you)
