Do you have the resilience, empathy and drive to make a real difference to young people with Special Educational Needs?

We are looking for a committed and proactive Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a supportive, based in the Greenford area, working with pupils with SEMH, Autism and complex needs.

This is not your typical classroom role – this is about changing lives.

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN
  • Support pupils with social, emotional and behavioural challenges
  • Help create a safe, structured and engaging learning environment
  • Work closely with teachers, therapists and SENCOs
  • Promote positive behaviour, engagement and independence
  • Experience supporting children or young people with SEN (school, care, youth work or similar)
  • Strong behaviour management and emotional resilience
  • A calm, patient and consistent approach
  • A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • A rewarding role where no two days are the same
  • Ongoing training in SEN (e.g. autism, behaviour strategies)
  • Supportive leadership and collaborative environment
  • Opportunities for career progression (HLTA, teaching, therapy routes)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
