Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers with lessons, activities, and classroom organisation.
  • Help students with reading, numeracy, and creative tasks.
  • Supervise small groups and encourage positive behaviour.
  • Assist in school events, trips, and extracurricular activities.
  • Provide admin support and uphold school policies on safeguarding, equality, and health & safety.
  • Encouraging positive and cooperative learning and play among students.
  • Reporting student and school issues in line with health and safety, safeguarding, and behaviour policies.
