Learning Support Assistant – The Role:
- Year 5 Learning Support Assistant
- Supporting a student with behavioural needs
- Ensure their academic and wellbeing needs are supported
- Work cohesively with an experienced class teacher
- Involves working in a classroom and in other areas of the school
Learning Support Assistant – Qualifications & skills required: - Previous experience working with children
- Level 3 or degree level of education is desirable
- Prior classroom / education experience is desirable
- Team teach training is preferable
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive and professional manner
