We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant (SEN) to join our team. If you have experience supporting children with special educational needs and are passionate about helping them succeed, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing support to students with special educational needs across various year groups.
• Working closely with teachers to implement tailored learning plans and activities.
• Offering one-to-one or small group support to help students meet their learning targets.
• Assisting in managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Encouraging students’ independence and confidence in their learning.
• Monitoring progress and providing feedback to teachers and the SENCO.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children with SEN (e.g., Autism, ADHD, etc.).
• A caring and patient approach to supporting students.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• A commitment to helping children achieve their best.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in SEN or Teaching Assistant).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
