Our agency is searching for a resilient and compassionate Team Teach-trained Mentor to join a dedicated school community supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

We're Looking For Someone With:

  • Previous experience in a school, mentoring, or support role, ideally within an SEMH or alternative provision setting.

  • Formal Team Teach training and the ability to apply these principles calmly and safely within a therapeutic educational framework.

  • A flexible, patient approach and the creativity to adapt learning strategies to meet individual emotional and academic needs.

  • A strong commitment to student wellbeing, with a thorough understanding of safeguarding and pastoral responsibilities.

  • An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or readiness to apply for one promptly.

  • The ability to provide two professional references that speak to your suitability for working with vulnerable learners.
