  • Have the ability to challenge, support and motivate both pupils and colleagues
  • Contribute positively to the continued development and improvement of the school
  • Ideally have Therapeutic Thinking training or experience of using therapeutic approaches to support positive behaviour
  • Able to commute to Broxbourne
