Academics are working closely with a number of supportive and welcoming primary schools in the area, seeking experienced and confident KS2 practitioners for temporary, ongoing supply opportunities.

Position: KS2 Supply Teacher
Location: Worksop, Nottinghamshire
Contract: Temporary, flexible ongoing placements
Pay: £130 - £190 per day (paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees)
Start Date: ASAP or from a start date that suits you

About the Role

As a KS2 Supply Teacher, you will be delivering engaging, well-structured lessons across Upper and Lower Key Stage 2.
You will be working in a variety of Worksop schools, giving you the flexibility to choose when and where you work while continuing to make a positive impact on pupils' learning.

This role is ideal for teachers seeking flexibility, variety, and rewarding classroom experiences without the pressures of planning and full-time responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach engaging lessons across KS2 in line with the primary curriculum
  * Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of mixed-ability learners
  * Promote positive behaviour and create a calm, structured classroom environment
  * Maintain learning records and provide constructive feedback
  * Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and school leaders
  * Uphold safeguarding responsibilities at all times

Candidate Requirements

✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✔ Experience teaching KS2 in UK primary schools
✔ Strong behaviour management and communication skills
✔ Ability to adapt quickly to different school settings
✔ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
