Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant
Teaching Personnel is seeking to appoint a Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teaching Assistant to join our successful supply teaching team and to work in a local primary school in the East Lancashire Area. The successful candidate will be based in a Year 1 class full time from September 2020. Previous experience delivering English and maths interventions is desirable.
This average sized primary school in Blackburn have a caring ethos and strong values. They are looking for an enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to work alongside teachers, senior leaders and governors. The desired Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant will be supported by a caring management team with high aspirations for the school. Children in Key Stage 1 currently make good progress and enjoy coming to school.

The role is to start on Monday 7th September 2020 on a full time basis. The Head Teacher aims to shortlist and interview by the 14th July 2020; however, with the current circumstances, it is possible this could change. Interviews may also be taken place over video conference call. Rates of pay are competitive starting at £10.00 - £11.50 per hour paid into your bank account on a weekly basis.
