Protocol Education are recruiting an enthusiastic IT Tutor to join a highly committed team to work within a special needs college in Doncaster with KS3-KS5 students

The Role

  • We are seeking an outstanding Tutor of Information Technology for 5 days per week
  • Minimum of Level 3 NVQ
  • Temp to perm

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • To teach IT to students who have a broad range of disabilities, including; Deafness and Hearing Impairment, Asperger's Syndrome ,Autism Spectrum Conditions, Downs Syndrome, Ataxia, Fragile X Syndrome and Cohen Syndrome
  • Knowledge of the Curriculum for their subject
  • Willingness to keep up to date in subject knowledge and national developments

We're looking for you, if you have

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with both adults and children
  • Experience working with students with a broad range of disabilities
  • Competence in the use of Information and Communication Technology
  • High aspirations and expectations for their students and yourselves
  • Committed to raising standards and continuous improvement
