Salary: £28,060 - £33,530 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Working Hours: Full-time, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Our Client:
Our client is a small, independent special school in Mildenhall, Suffolk, established in 2005, catering for pupils aged 11-16 who experience behavioural, emotional, and social challenges. The school was last inspected by Ofsted in January 2019 and achieved a Good rating across all categories. The school is equipped with a range of vocational workshops, including car mechanics, woodwork, and art, as well as a food technology kitchen, ICT suite, and subject-specific classrooms. Pupils are taught in small groups or on a 1:1 basis with a high staff-to-student ratio, allowing for tailored support and development.

The Role:
