Teaching Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a client Secondary School, based local to Colchester for an experienced ICT Teacher.

The role will involve teaching a dedicated ICT timetable in line with the national curriculum to students across all year groups. The school have outlined the requirement to carry out intervention sessions, providing 1:1 and small group support for GCSE students who are falling behind their expected grades.

The ideal candidate will hold QTS, with experience teaching ICT up to the GCSE level, although NQT’s with strong degrees should still apply. The school prides itself on the positive relationships built between staff and students so good interpersonal skills would be beneficial.

  • Temporary position, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate
