Humanities Teacher – Full-Time – January 2025 Start

Smile Education is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced Humanities Teacher to join a busy and successful secondary school in Melton Mowbray. This exciting opportunity is for a full-time role starting in January 2025, teaching KS3 Geography, History, or RE until the end of the summer term. 

The school is flexible and willing to tailor the timetable based on your core specialism, with a preference for Geography specialists, though this is not essential. The ideal candidate will have recent experience teaching Humanities at KS3 in a UK secondary school within the past two years.

Key Requirements:

• Experience teaching Geography, RE, or History to KS3 in a UK secondary school
• Strong planning, preparation, marking, and assessment skills
• DBS and the right to work in the UK
