• Qualified HLTA or strong equivalent school-based experience.

• A passion for supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.

• Confident classroom management and excellent organisational skills.

• Ability to assist teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons.

• A reliable communicator and a strong team player, able to build relationships with staff, students, and parents.

• Support teachers with planning and delivering high-quality lessons to diverse learners.

• Work with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning and help them overcome challenges.

• Track pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

• Support pupils' personal, social, and emotional wellbeing, fostering a positive learning environment.

• Take part in school events, meetings, and contribute to the wider school community.
