Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to facilitate their progress and academic growth.
• Establish positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians to foster a collaborative and supportive learning community.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of extracurricular activities, such as history clubs or educational trips, to enhance students' learning experiences.
• Stay updated with the latest educational developments and teaching techniques in the field of History, continually enhancing your own professional development.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant academic qualifications in History or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching History at secondary level, with a track record of achieving excellent student results.
• Sound knowledge of the national curriculum and the ability to effectively incorporate technology into lessons.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students of varying abilities.
• A passion for History, with the ability to inspire and instill a love for the subject in students.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, ensuring all deadlines and administrative tasks are met.
