HLTA with experience of Additional Needs including ASC, SEMH and ADHD

Pay –£85 -£95

Location – Gosport

Hours - 8am – 3.30PM  full-time

Start – September 2026

We are currently working closely with a “ Good” school who is looking for an HLTA to run an inclusion provision from September 2025 with 2-3 children. There would be a handover period before September and an opportunity to get to know the children within your care.

Are you able to:

• Work with children with additional needs?
• Be extremely resilient?
• Support children’s learning and development inside and outside of the classroom?
• Complete some whole class teaching?
• Mark and help prepare resources for follow on lessons?
• Generally promote and encourage good behaviour?

If the answer to these was “yes”, then we need you! Your skills are in demand throughout Hampshire and we can get you the flexible employment that you’ve always wanted.

The minimum requirements for this Higher Level Teaching Assistant role are:-

• Have a HLTA qualification or a degree in childhood education
• Have the right to work in the UK
• 2 Years’ worth of references
• A current DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one
