Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? Supply Desk is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a friendly and supportive team in Bletchley, starting September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide classroom support across all key stages.
  • Collaborate with teachers to deliver personalised learning strategies.
  • Offer one-on-one support to students with additional educational needs.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture.
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of dynamic lessons and activities.
  • Track student progress, providing constructive feedback and assistance as required.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior experience as an HLTA or in a similar educational role is desirable.
  • Demonstrates a genuine passion for supporting student development and success.
  • Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with effective time management abilities.
  • Flexible, proactive, and a strong team collaborator.
